Refund policy

I want you to love your gear as much as you love the life you're building in it. If something's off, I'll make it right, no runaround, no fine print gymnastics.

I offer refunds for:

• Items that arrived incorrect
• Damaged or defective pieces

Mistakes happen (I'm one woman, not a warehouse), so if either of those is the case, reach out within 30 days of your purchase date.

To start a refund, email me at support@wildlyordinary.ca with your order number and a quick rundown of what went wrong. I'll take it from there.

This policy might get updated from time to time, because things evolve, and so do I. The most current version is always just an email away.

For the long haul, check out the washing and care instructions that came with your order. Keeping this shirt Wildly Ordinary is a lot easier than replacing it.
